I believe in doing a full court marketing program for all of my sellers in order to get their properties sold. I advertise extensively, I have a strong internet presence and unlike alot of agents who call themselves real estate "marketers" I try very hard to sell my listings myself.

I periodically maintain communication with my sellers to keep them updated on showings and activity and certain market trends.
